@partyloveus101 I'm not 100% sure but that pic from San Myshuno in post #1 looks similar to how my game looks when I change the Eco Footprint to "Green". Did you change the Eco Footprint for that neighborhood in your game? If so, what happens if you change the Eco Footprint back to "Neutral"?

No, the eco-footprint hadn't changed it always stayed neutral.

@partyloveus101 I am definitely seeing this same lighting problem in my game. As long as I play a household living in San Myshuno the lighting will stay normal but if I switch to playing in Evergreen Harbor and visit San Myshuno then the lighting is off, just like you described it.
- If my Sim lives in San Myshuno, the lighting in San Myshuno is fine.
- If my Sim lives in Evergreen Harbor (and visits San Myshuno), the lighting in San Myshuno seems broken.
I will look to see if there is a Bug Report on this.

@partyloveus101 Just to follow up: I've tested this in two other worlds so far with the same results. I moved my Sim from Evergreen Harbor to Brindleton Bay and after one night the lighting turned back to normal. I switched to playing a different household in Newcrest and the lighting still looks normal. It seems like the weird lighting issue is only happening in my game when I am playing a household that lives in Evergreen Harbor.
I haven't yet found a bug report on this issue.

Which town in Evergreen? Isn't the industrial one supposed to have smog? Could that be interfering with the lights?
