The photo problem

So with the recent update EA said they fixed the photos mounted on the wall turning black problem... I never had this problem, but when I updated the game, after they said they FIXED this problem I GOT IT FOR THE FIRST TIME. I'm a legacy playing and just lost so many memories. Like, what the actual hell.
