I was trying to play my household, and I tried to click on the household, but the play button did not show up, so I went to make a new game. I chose a random Sim press start, put Sim random house, and it just freezes. Can someone help me with this problem plz and thank you
Ashersims2004 From your 2nd picture, something is not right as most of the lots are blank on the world map. In a new game, for Willow Creek, all but 3 lots should show a building in map view. In your 1st pic, I see the household name is unusual as it includes special characters (hearts). Tbh, I've never seen that before and have no idea how to do it but that might be causing a problem. So, my first suggestion is to run a repair and try a new save. If you are a mod user, check to make sure you've got everything up to date. Before you start the game again, delete the localthumbcache file. When you create the new sim, give them a normal surname for the household.
