You can not compare PC and console prices. Consoles charge more because the owners of these (SONY, Microsoft) also want to make money. If you feel there is a pricing mismatch in the Play store you need to take it up with their support.

1) ea and sony are working together and giving same prices for the sims in every country.
2) ONLY OUTDOOR RETREATs price is wrong all other are the same as EA site and when ea does discount, same amount of discount is applied to same games in ps store too. Since they DO work together and price accordingly.
Sony does not decide the price EA does. So EA has to talk to Turkish PSN.
That is not true. I see several complaints that prices in the US is less than prices in Canada and prices in other neighboring states are not the same.
EA takes a set amount of money from Console sales and the Console platform owners add their own surcharge,
