[The Sims 4 - Realm of Magic] - My Virtuoso Spellcaster can't earn talent points

Alright, so I leveled up a virtuoso spellcaster and all has been going well. But at 15 talent points it isn't giving me anymore talent points. You can totally max out a vampire, but I'm wondering if ...

@CelesteCranberry  I've moved this post to General Discussion and Feedback too.  I have no idea how this works, but I'm sure another helper here will be able to explain it, and help you troubleshoot if necessary.
