The Sims 4 Casanova Kit broken
I have a problem with the TV that came with this kit, the sound works but the picture is grey and it flickers. I reinstalled the whole game and it didn’t fix it. I do not use mods.

Did you try a game repair ? Another user with this issue had to reinstall the game but I would try a repair first.
I tried repair first and it didn't work, I reinstalled the whole game and it still didn't work. I looked into game settings and I set it to start with DirectX 9, it's the only thing that fixed it, I'm not sure if it will affect any other aspects of the game though. It works fine so far.
If you switch back to DX11 after this, is it still broken ? I don't have any issues with DX11 myself.
