I just went into Gallery when I was playing my game, and it says that the game is offline and I need to connect online to access the Gallery. However, checked my Internet connect and it is online without any issues. How do I fix this?
@SimSeeker Hello! Please double check that you have enabled the online features in your game options. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of your game, click Game Options, click Other, check the box next to Online Social Features Access, and then click Apply in the lower right portion of the window.
EDIT: Once you have verified that you have enabled the online features and you still can't get to the Gallery, it's possible that your antivirus software is blocking TS4. You may need to add exceptions. If you're not sure how to do this, there are instructions provided by AHQ Hero crinrict at the below link.
