    @KingRayVeteran  It's under Extra Content, when you click on Sims 4 in your game library.  If you do download it and then don't want it later, it's difficult to prevent the LE files from downloading again the next time you play TS4.  But they don't take up that much storage in the grand scheme of things, maybe 6 GB or so.

@puzzlezaddict As many tech supports as I deal with on a regular basis, yeah, I'm cynical now. I don't trust these monopolies anymore. I haven't found the free TS4 Legacy Edition yet, but will do as you suggested and not worry about it until I have to.

    @puzzlezaddict Storage is no problem, but I don't want to prevent LE files from downloading again, so I'll leave it alone. I still couldn't find Extra Content, but I'm probably moving too fast and need to slow down and look for that tab.
