We had quite the busy month in September! With 2 Kit releases, 2 base game updates, 2 Laundry Lists, a live stream with Englishsimmer, a new episode of Behind The Sims (including some brand new info on Project Rene), a roadmap drop teasing a new Expansion Pack, and finally, the long awaited return of Stuff Packs!
That's a lot to cover (and I didn't even mention it all) and I don't want this to feel like "September Highlights: Absolute Tome Edition" so lets get down to brass tacks and pass this over to @EA_Solaire below.

This month's news and announcements:
- On the 7th, our two newest kits were released - Poolside Splash and Modern Luxe!
- On the 12th, the newest episode of Behind The Sims premiered, which brought us this season's roadmap entitled Hustle & Bustle, an update on Project Rene, and an announcement for the new merch store!
- On the 27th, we popped by for a livestream event with EnglishSimmer to chat all about the new Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack - if you missed it, be sure to tune in here!
- And finally, on the 28th, we received the first Stuff Pack in over 2 years - Home Chef Hustle!
Patches and updates:
- Earlier this month on the 5th, a patch was released which included a number of bug fixes, Gallery updates, and something we're all very excited about - Kit Filters for Build/Buy mode and CAS! Be sure to read up on all the ✨Quality of Life✨ changes with this update in the notes here.
- And last week we released an update which included an overhaul of the Recipe UI, an upgrade to cupcakes and several kitchen appliances, and several bug fixes. Check out the notes here to see everything included!
Notable threads:
- In honor of the release of our newest Stuff Pack, our very own @Bluebellflora recently hosted a giveaway for Home Chef Hustle, and included a surprise giveaway for Backyard Stuff as well! Big congratulations to the lucky winner of both giveaways, and massive thanks to Bluebellflora for the opportunity 😄
- While we're on the subject of Home Chef Hustle, last week @gooochyeee shared with us a very in-depth and detailed review of the newest stuff pack! From the new CAS outfits, to the fresh kitchen appliances, and of course, the fun new gameplay, what are you loving most about this pack? Which new recipes are your favorite, and what foods are you selling at your Anywhere Any Fare Food Stand? My Sims have been on living off nothing but pumpkin spice waffles and tikka masala pizza 🥰 Tell us what you're enjoying most, and show us screenshots of your food stalls!
- This month we celebrated both National Video Game Day and International Talk Like a Pirate Day with The Sims where we discussed what gaming means to us, and encouraged you to share your pirate themed screenshots and stories! So how did you celebrate both of these fun holidays? Did you try something new, like an exciting gameplay challenge? Did you search the seas for a mermaid and plunder for treasure? Tell us how you celebrated, and be sure to show off all your screenshots with us!

Long live The Goths! This was an easy win, and rightfully so, at 54% (are y'all sure you didn't mean to vote for the Landgraabs? 🙃)
What is your favorite Season to play in?
We had our first tie ever, for both spring and fall at 30%! If I had to pick a tie-breaker, it's no surprise I'd vote for fall. Nothing beats the cooler weather, changing leaves, and pumpkins everywhere - but if you had to pick between the two seasons, which would it be?
