But its even happening to CC I've had for a long time. For instance there's a sweater that I've had since I've basically gotten the game, and it worked perfectly fine until I downloaded the CC. And that doesn't explain why in some of my sims outfits they look so weird. I even took off everything that sim was wearing, even skin details and he still looked the same, and only in his sleeping outfit.
Look, it's not all that complicated.
If your CC looked fine until you installed new CC, then the CC you downloaded is BAD.
Remove the new CC.

@thesimssireYou should also delete the 'localthumbcache.package' in The Sims folder in which you find the Mods folder. Usually the bad cc gets stuck in this file too. So when you delete it the game will refresh it automatically.
Nevertheless old cc can cause a lot of problems too. So please, always check if there is an update available after every patchupdate of The Sims.

I was about to say that. Lol. Clearing the cache is pretty much required after making any changes.
If things are still wierd, you may have forgotten to delete something.
Find some single CC .package file you KNOW used to work, and remove ALL OTHERS. Absolutely everything else from your mods folder. Then start a new game and see how it looks with ONLY that one CC installed and NOTHING else.
