The sims4

@knkuhh65  Click on the Sims 4 icon in your screenshot, select More > Expansion Packs, scroll down to Discover University, and click the orange Download button.  The download should start right away.

If the orange button says Buy Now, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask whether there's a problem with your purchase.

If the button says Details or Play, that means the pack is already installed.  In that case, if the pack isn't loading in the game, please let me know what version number your game has.  You can see it along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner.  Please list the full version number. i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@knkuhh65 Did you buy the sims 4 University via Origin if you did, it should install automatically and be in your game folder.  If you go to Origin then order history it should say it was download digitally.  If you bought it from another store/website you would have ro redeem it first.
