yes, any skill to being study don't have atmosphere bonus. but cooking skill else..can you underdstand ? i know my englishi is so poor
for example, if the sims study the logic skill under the focusing atmosphere, no speech bouns..😢

is it beyond expectation..? I don't know why that ..is it the piracy ..i am from China but i buy the sims4 in origin..
