They took my stuff pack :'(

Question

I had just played the sims, with no problem, yesterday and when I opened my game just now, it showed all of my saves and said "Pack required" with the little icon of toddler pack. I googled it to see if people had the same problem and some had but only if they hadn't played in a while. One person said to look in my purchase history and when I did it was also gone from there. I could just buy the pack again but Id prefer to not. I restarted my game as it said to do and I don't know what to do. Id love to try any advice y'all&nbsp; have!

Try "App Recovery" in the Help section of the EA app right under settings.

Hey Mady_moo,
Did you purchase that particular pack directly, or did you have access through an EA Play subscription?
It looks like there were a number of packs that were on your account due to a subscription at some point in the past. If you've lost access to a pack that was purchased separate from a subscription, our support should be able to take a look and help make sure that's still available to you.
If you create a case here they should be able to check into this with you.

I hope you get it back. I accidentally bought a kit twice because the app was malfunctioning and they didn't do anything about it. So, IDK if they'll let you download it for "free".&nbsp; But I hope so. If not, I hope you can fix it. Check your computer stats.
