Ticking OK in CAS does nothing

Since the latest update (PC 1.123.66.1030), I cannot leave CAS when starting a new game. I click the "save and exit button, and the tick greys out as if it is loading, but nothing happens... I can ex...

    glad that worked. Could have been a cache file or some other files that recreate with the new folder that gave issues.
