Toddler can not speak to other toddlers

I am 100% sure toddlers can speak to other toddlers but since this update when we got coach my toddlers can now on longer talk to other toddlers which is insane, I understand that they need to build a relationship but how can that be done if they can not talk to each other, I sure my toddlers could interact but its not happening now, so I feel like its a another bug that has come into the game just like other bugs that seem to form when we get an udpate

I play on xbox next gen

live mode
never cc or mods
xbox

    crinrict​ no this is for just toddlers normally I have not sent them to daycare I never use daycare I would use a nanny but I had a party where my infant had grown into toddler his cousin came to the party and they could not speak to each other, nor could the aunties or uncles speak to there nephew it just would say action  in the menu when I clicked on them

    so strange it has started to work again maybe it was glitch at the time or maybe I it was because he had only just become a toddler, I'm unsure! but ether way  in the future I need to wait save and come out and go back and see if it was just a glitch at the time before I report it as a bug. so sorry and thank you for trying to work it out for me. I must say that because my toddler that was the cousin had gone to the party with his parents and I went to play them to see if that toddler had issues it says he is at daycare which he is cleary is not and now that wont go away lol I feel at times my game is just one big glitch lol🤣
