Tool bar issues

The tool bar across the bottom seems to randomly disappear at times in the game. It also keeps glitching when trying to move characters. So it will be stuck on the one character and even when you try to click or use space bar to move character, it moves and you are interacting with that sim, but the needs bar and the toolbar across the bottom do not move.  I have turned all mods off and it still does this. I have restarted my game too. This has only been an issue since the new game and update have been installed.  Have tried with a couple of different families too and it is still doing it. This is pretty annoying and quite a big bug as it takes the enjoyment out of playing the game. Please fix this asap so that the game can be played properly.

    Hi lindsaysmith88​ 

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

    Could you also post a picture of what you are seeing ?
