If I remove my tray folder, will builds/households i’ve shared on the gallery be removed too?

No. but you will no longer have them locally.
@AstridSimmerYT If you removed y9our tray by accident and don't have a copy, you could go into the uploaded/community gallery and re-download them into your library.
