'Troll teh Forums' Interaction Missing from Computer

The Mischief interaction "Troll teh Forums" is missing from computers and tablets

My Sim is level 3 Mischief, and this is a brand new save made today.

I know its not a low skill level issue because its was available not long before

I tested it on the computer on my Sim's lot and on the library

I have a couple mods, like a couple CAS CC and MCC Command Center, but I disabled all of them and the interaction was still missing
