I am having the same issue. I downloaded it, it installed fine and when I open the game it says it is not there. I tried restarting it a couple of times. I don't have any CC installed. Does anyone have a solution?

@bnh0001 What game version are you running? I described how to find out earlier in this thread:

please let me know what game version you have. Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look in the lower right corner of the screen. Please list the full version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.
