@eviLawyer Is your Sim also a landlord by chance ? There's a similar issue for vet clinics if you them while a landlord so could be related.

    What you're saying is very interesting. Indeed, in my household, despite not being landlords, it is true that we live in a rental apartment. It's also very curious what you mention because I tried with a household that lived in a traditional residential lot, and there the retail business I bought to test worked well. It's very likely that the issues are due to the new expansion.
