When my sim sits down and watches the tv i sped up time and whatever they`re watching slows down

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- A video of what you are seeing. You might need to upload it to a third party site and link depending on the size.
