Two worlds and now one missing lots

Hi crinrict

Before the most recent update some of my worlds had duplicates, where one world was fine and the other had nothing. After the update, one world disappeared and it happened to be the one with lots. I am trying to fix it but I am not sure how to fix it.

I would appreciate if you could help me.
