last exception errors despite no mods

i have recently had a corrupt save file and had to start over, since then my game has been fine but has been throwing some last exception files inconsistently.  A week ago i installed MCC command center which is my first ever time using a mod, this is telling me there has been a last exception error 3 times in the last 2 days. My mod is updated and downloaded correctly however im not sure that the mod is causing this since i recently had a corrupt save file and have lastUIexception text docs, lastexception texts docs and lastcrash text docs. Is this something to ignore or a possible game breaking issue?

    keelyalexandra​  Some exceptions can be ignored, and some are a sign of a serious problem.  So please post one of yours.  Delete the ones you have, remove MCCC, let the game generate at least one new LE, open the file, copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.  Or you can upload it to a third-party filesharing site and link it.
