Um, How do I post on The Sims Forums?

So this might sound stupid, but once I enter a category I can't find where to start a new thread. I have some threads though but I forgot

@SheriGR In my understanding @Cleavo77 is responding on the post @PugLove888 gave in march 2019 and may be, if I still understand what it is all about Cleavo77 would have like to see the other post in which the thread finally finished.

And to my knowledge it was solved back then.
