While trying to complete the ‘public enemy’ aspiration I have had my sim kill two people in a pool. During this they have watched and had the action of witnessing death but it had not completed the aspiration. Is anyone else having this issue?
I just had this problem. I gave Nancy Landgrab two flower arrangements. One aged her up to elder and the other didn't do anything. I gave two elders the flowers also. They died in front of my sim and it still didn't count. I just had to right click to fulfill that part of the aspiration. I just couldn't get sims to die in a room with two cowplants either! ( I play on PC)
