Unable to check Emit (A Strange Visitor)'s social media profile

Hello, I'll make this quick. I decided to do the quest thing and I'm currently at the second step (Check Emit's Social Media Profile). I checked several computers under social networking and I checked my sim's phone under the social section but neither resulted in me being able to check their social media. I honestly should've expected this considering NONE of these events/quests have worked for me. If I could at least get a way to solve this that would be nice. Preferably before the event/quest ends.
