Unable to create a date

Hi, for some reason I am unable to get my sims to start a date whatsoever, I have already attempted repairing the game three times but I am still unable to create the event. I don’t have any mods or anything like that so I don’t know what’s causing the problem.

    @Winterflower37 Hm, this issue was supposed to be fixed in the last patch.

    How are you creating the date ? Calendar ? On the Sim ? Phone ?

    Could you try another way ?

    @Winterflower37 Could you give some more details where you're stuck ? Do you have lovestruck or is this a base game date ?

    If it's a create a date, do standard ones work ?

    Hi, my issue is with the create a date that came with the lovestruck expansion, starting a standard date didn’t create the same issue.

    I have a photo of what it looks like, but I can’t post it because the file is apparently too big, but it looks like just a white box with only the words create an event or dinner event on it, it doesn’t give me the option to choose.

    I guess in the time between me posting this and getting responses it fixed itself, thank you for your help.
