unable to enroll in university
can apply for scholarships and indeed receive word that I have attained all but never receive an acceptance letter and never get opportunity to enroll.

Is your Sim a young adult or older? Teens can apply for scholarships or admission. But they need to be a YA before getting an acceptance letter or to enroll. A brand new unskilled Sim (YA or older) will have a better chance for scholarships.- EQ Avid Sims Player
