Unable to get free sims 4 from origin

As what I know there is a free sims 4 download from origin from Mac. I am using M1 macbook air, but there is no 'Download' button for me, there is only: "Only available on Window" . How can i get the free sims 4 like others do? I am from Malaysia.

    Hi there @stephisme1010,

    Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of what you're seeing when you try to claim The Sims in Origin?
