Unable to host social event Sims4

Hello, I've been having some serious issues with my sims 4 game. A couple months ago my main save started to crash whenever I wanted to move sims from one household to another. It only happened when I tried moving using the phone, when I went through manage worlds there was no problem. I repaired the game, and I still had these issues. I was playing with Mods at the time, so I removed them all and still had said issue. I moved over to playing a new save, and then the reapers rewards started up. I had soooo many issues with that to the point that I had to completely start over and remove my old sims 4 folder for a complete fresh start in order to claim my rewards. Now here we are, all rewards claimed but I'm running into the issue where I can't host any kind of social event, and if I go on a date (both romantic and get to know you) they end abruptly, and I get an unsuccessful date ruining friendship and love bars. I am currently playing with no mods on a fresh folder, and I have repaired the game once again. What do I do?? I just want to play my game but there's always something wrong with it even when I don't mod it!
