Vampire ears and teeth on regular sims?

 I made a really cool looking vampire guy, but I want him to be a normal sim but retain his vampire ears and teeth.

How do I go about this?

I googled it and all I could find was some mod to change the ears, BUT I don't want to resort to that, because I want to upload him to the library without him having any "modded content" flags. 

I know it's possible because I have seen a really cool peter pan with vampire ears made by Rhisk and that was not flagged as modded content, and he was not a vampire.

Things I tried that didn't work:

-searched on google for the answer

-typed the cheats testingcheats on and then cas.fulleditmode before entering cas.

-giving him the ultimate vampire cure. (his ears and teeth changed to regular sim.)

    Then how did someone manage to get it done without having any "modded content" flags on their shared library content?

    If only there was a way to contact them besides commenting on their libary files and hoping that one day they will see it, and even then they might not choose to reply... 

    It is possible though, so you saying it's not was not very helpful ☹️
