vampire sim biting a sim is not an invitation to enter the house

I haven't been playing a vampire sim very long but once I found his groove and how to handle feeding timewise and in ways more beneficial to him, I notice that when I have him feed on someone standing outside his property (meaning outside the gate) or like a paparazzi who entered the yard and was waiting for someone to go outside, that they seem to take that as an invitation to go inside. I did not notice it at first until the wall message popped up saying "Thanks for hanging out but I have to go now".

NONONONONO....this should NOT be happening. These sims are food, and my sim does not want these randos inside his house. He has a child and it's not appropriate for these people to consider being fed upon as an invitation. Most of them my sim asks politely to drink from their wrist though I believe it has happened with people he has compelled to drink from deeply as well. Most times they will pass out and then wake up and go home or whatever. But if they're close enough to his house I believe one or two have went inside.

I'd like this to be fixed or give me the ability to kill household intruders. It does me no good to go hunt these sims down and go through the machinations to kill them because another idiot sim will just replace them and the game mechanics are going to allow them to walk into my sim's house too. Please, for the love of the game just fix this problem.

My sim handled it this time but sims entering without invitation is too invasive and where is the fun when the prey comes to you. Hmm, which makes me think I have another problem bc the sim being bit in this photo shouldn't have been able to have been bit if my sim had just fed on him recently.
