Vet clinic not working

Hoping someone can help me out. Basically my sim had taken his sick pet to the vet clinic and when he registered it to cure sickness not a single vet showed up. I waited approximately 5 sim days before leaving the clinic.

I've place down a second vet clinic and the same thing happened there too. I do play with mods which have all been updated.

Is this happening to anyone else? How did you fix it?
