vet clinic owner cannot check in pet
My vet clinic owners have a pet that is sick. When I take it to the vet clinic, the podium doesn't give an option to check in the pet. It only gives the option to disallow customers. Am I missing ...

I learned this one the hard way, as my pet and vet nearly died trying treatments that would fix the dog. (The owner was a vet and took the pet to her vet clinic while the clinic was closed.)
A vet apparently cannot be successful at treating their own pet at a clinic they own. Weird, huh?
If this is the only vet clinic in your game please download one from the gallery. (I have one called Pet Lovers Vet Clinic, IF I remember the name correctly. It’s under my username.)
Anyway, just take the pet to someone else’s vet clinic.
Thanks for your help. I am still new to the game and learned that I can make families visit other neighborhoods with a vet. It does seem silly that a vet owner has to go through so much trouble to their pet checked. I hope they fix that.
@Jenadara I agree 100% - I hope they change that. Unfortunately I don't know if it's by design or a bug, but it's extremely frustrating, and it seems illogical as well. 🤔
