- @lostinmalloc You can hire any Vet you like to work for you in your practice. You can pick the sims when you have open slots in your practice (bottom right hand corner) Best of course is to hire someone with a certain amount of skills and may be traits (dog or cat lovers usually work better) I am not sure about the co-ownership but you should be able to try that too.
You can also train your staff/employees but it will cost you extra.
