VINDICTIVE THIEVES CALLED EA GAMES/ORIGIN

So I bought The Sims 4 University along with Real of Magic, Realm of Magic worked but University just would not show up in my game. In Origin library it just said I had game but it did not offer the ...

    I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating situation you encountered. Unfortunately refunds are not something we can help with directly here on Answers HQ. From what I can see it looks like the EA Help team was asking for some additional information in order to complete a refund request. If you're able to provide that info they should be able to continue from there. 

    When you have the chance please follow up with the EA Help team so they can proceed with the refund request. For more information on how to reach them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

I told them I couldn't get then that file there is no file on my computer labeled and my home does not have internet they knew I paid for the game, they knew I had legacies edition, they KNOW university will NOT play with my edition and refused to refund me. Again they are thieves

    I can understand the frustration, but the EA Help team has processes and procedures they must follow. I'm sorry this isn't something we can help with here directly, but please reach out to the EA Help team when you've got the chance so they can continue looking into this.
