[W] Werewolf sims are unable to brawl/practice fight

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, City Living, Get famous, Werewolfs, Jungle Adventure, Backyard Stuff, My First Pet Stuff, Luxury Party, Romantic Garden, Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim's Ghoul Guitar, Desert Oasis Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Play with a werewolf sim with unlocked transforming ability 2. Click on another werewolf and pick fight from the werewolf cattegory (friendly) (I'm not sure what the interaction is called in english) 3. The option is greyed out and the note is displayed - this werewolf hasn't unlocked the ability to transform (again, I'm not sure what's it like exactly in english, I traslated it to the best of my ability)
What happens when the bug occurs? Werewolfs are unable to brawl with other werewolfs, even though they unlocked the ability to transform.
What do you expect to see? Werewolfs being able to iniciate brawls if they already unlocked the ability to transform.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

After on of the last patches werewolfs are now almost always unable to iniciate brawls with other werewolfs, even though all of the werewolfs involved have unlocked the ability to transform into beast form.
