How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Gallery and try to favorite any Household
What happens when the bug occurs? if i try to favorite a household in the gallery i get the spinning plumbobs for a while and then, 80% of the time, the error "We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later" with the option to hit "Ok" or press the "x", but no matter what i do, the game remains greyed out and locked up with the spinning plumbobs and the only thing i can do then is minimize the game window and hit the red X on my taskbar and go back to the game to confirm i want to exit.
What do you expect to see? the heart icon in the household preview window should turn green, the number next to it should go up by one, and i should then be able to close the preview window and do whatever else i want to do in-game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

UPDATE: As it turns out, the lots and households do show up in "My Favorites" eventually

there is however, a weird thing happening where some items somehow have "zero likes" although they are appearing in "My Favorites" with a green heart icon.

also i have found that the whole being locked out of the game thing i was talking about can be avoided by clicking the heart icon in the main gallery window rather than in the preview window of the given gallery item.
