Weather rain and snow coming into lots.

I have been having this issue for such a long time and it is so irritating.  Everytime it rains or snows in the game the rain or snow come into the houses. I am not sure what to do anymore It doesn't seem to effect my sims  but it is so annoying seeing it come into the houses etc. Any thing I can do to fix this issue? I have been considering not playing until they fix it.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
