newtsafeforwork Tbh, this is something I would expect a broken or poorly made CC item to cause so the usual suggestion would be to go through your CC checking each item individually. But, since you aren't using any, it has to be something else. So, next most likely thing would be something in a mod since you said you do use those. Some mods do things like change the default body shape or replace parts of the body mesh. Some mods will also leave something behind in a save, even after deleting the mod. So, the first thing I suggest is to run a repair. If that doesn't work, then I suggest you try making a new save with an empty mods folder. If the problem is still there after that, then try a user folder reset to give you a brand-new clean user folder. To do that, follow the directions here: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428
Should none of that work, come back and we can go from there. One thing that would be helpful to know is what system you are playing on, PC, Mac, PS4/5 or Xbox.
Hope this helps.

Did it, double checked that the same items arent glitched on other sims(all the gender settings are the same), and added the glitched sim in on the clean install and the chest volume slider is still broken only on those random affected clothes on that specific sim
both frames are affected, BUT if i switch from female to male, both frames are unaffected
