2muchbrownsuga Please remove your Mods folder and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If you get the same error, please choose Load Game rather than Resume, load to the map, evict your household, and place them on a blank or default EA-made lot. See whether you can load them there. You don't need to save here either; the point is to test the sims separately from their house.

Please help! My game was working fine last night but then this pop up showed up today. It’s important to know that the only “big” mods I have are MC Command Center and UI Cheats. The rest I have downloaded is just cc. Here are the things that I’ve already done to try to fix it:
- Delete double cc files
- Delete ID conflicts cc files
- Repair game through EA
- Delete MC Command Center
- Delete UI Cheats
- Try running the game without any cc at all
- Delete cache
- Restart my computer
Even after doing all of this, the game still won’t work. What should I do??

I've received this error code 5x now. I first closed and tried to reload the game. I then exited the app and repaired the game and all the packs, etc. I tried to then open the game using the load game option instead of resume. Nothing is working. I don't have any mods. On a PC laptop. Picture of the error code attached.
youngauthor05 Please provide a lastexception if you're seeing one. First, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any exsiting lastexception files. Load the game again, trigger the error, and look for a new LE. If you find one, open the file, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here; or you can copy the text and paste it into your reply.
