Werewolf Ally questions and methods Help

So i've got the werewolf pack now and i've been loving it. But it's really a hassle for one of my werewolf sims to do well, wolfy things, around normal sims. They get so scared of her and her traits ...

I tried removing one on a particular sim, but it still stayed.
