I just had my sim complete one, even made a copy but the first time it was greys out when I clicked on it to sell it. Then I took it from her inventory and put it on a table and now there's not interaction for it except "Read" "Rename" and put in inventory. What am I doing wrong, can I not sell it?
@Immortalrose99 are you using the Writer Skill to do it? Click on the mail box to either Self Publish or Sell to a Publisher. It's the same as publishing books.

I recommend publishing as your first choice, because it pays more than self-publishing, but it also requires more skill. You only need level 2 Writing skill to Self-Publish but you need level 5 Writing skill to Publish.
The third choice is Submit to Literary Digest at Writing skill 9. That pays the highest royalties but you can only use it once a week, so I try to use it for my Bestsellers only.
