What time is the September 2019 update being released

Hey EA! I heard that the new September 2019 Update was coming out today and I checked my updates for The Sims 4 and it hasn't came out yet. Is there a specific time. If so my timezone is BST (British Summer Time) Hope you reply, Thanks!

    @slydobson2005  & @Hsik006 , this is the most likely time schedule: 10am PST / 7pm CET / 6 PM for the UK, 1pm EST, and Noon CST. 

    It might come at a different time, but I understand these are the times that patches usually happen. 😉

    @slydobson2005I was also wondering when it would come. It's half past five here, CET time zone. I expected that the update would come in the morning, but nope, still not here
