when planning a wedding, i can never start it, i get an infinite loading screen

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• When exactly are you getting stuck ? After clicking the check mark or after the wedding starts ?

I am having the same issue just now. I do have a mods folder but mods are deactivated within the game after the latest update. I am playing on PC and it is getting stuck after selecting the guests and venue and clicking the check mark, then it transitions to the loading screen with a rotating plumbob.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
