jpierce951 KiPie13 Are either of you using build/buy CC? If you are, have you tried testing without your CC and mods in the game? And have you tried creating a new user folder? To create a new user folder, rename the "The Sims 4" folder or move it to your desktop or elsewhere out of the game's path. Start the game. At Main Menu select New Game. Go through creating and placing the obligatory sim. While on the lot where you placed the sim, test to see if the problems you have been having show up in build mode, then do a save and a save as to see if saving is normal or not. If everything has worked thus far, the quit. Then either move or delete the saves folder then copy the saves folder from your original user folder to the new one. Start the game and test if the problems are still there or not. If not, then copy over the mods folder, start the game and test again. This is where I suspect you'll probably run into the problems again. From your description, I think you may have a bad CC item or an outdated mod. If that is so, you'll need to go through your mods folder and test everything. First thing though is to make sure everything is up to date then test each item individually or in groups as you choose. And don't stop when you find a bad file, go through everything as you could have more than one bad CC file. I highly recommend that you look at all your CC in Sims4Studio to make sure it actually works and is tagged correctly so it shows up in your game.
Hope this helps.
