Where are my buildings?

Ever since the next to last update, there were times I'd go to another lot and there wouldn't be a building on it, including game created lots. It's as if all of my worlds have become open worlds. Prior to the last update, I could go back to a previous saved game and when uploaded, the missing lots were replaced. Now, my game says "autosaved," which was turned off as soon as the update happened, and I can't go back to a previous save to recover my lots. I have never used mods or CC, so I should not have any issues, as far as those are concerned.
