where is the “ask to stay married” interaction with ghost sim?

hello! i’m making a post because my sim recently died, and i her move in . im trying to ask her to stay married to my current sim that is still living, however i cant find the social anywhere? their romance and friendship bar is full. i’m unsure if its under the relationship, romance or friendly pie menu. if anyone knows where i can find it, please lemme know! 💜
