Where's the Body Presets?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, City Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get Together, Island Living, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, and Vampires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug by discovering that there is only one preset (at least for me) for the body type, I am not sure if this is a recent update or not, but it makes me upset. I also cannot edit my sim by messing around with the sliders on the sim itself.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I go into Create a Sim, there are minimal presets- and only one body type. Many of the past noses, lips, body shapes, and more, have disappeared completely.
What do you expect to see? Many more presets that I can use to personalize my sim to my liking. I would appreciate a wide variety of body types like I used to have, and if anyone else has this problem I'm sure they will too. I would like this to change as so as possible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I just installed the Island Living expansion pack today, and as soon as I loaded up my game, the create a sim section wouldn't let me edit my sim's proportions, or change the body type at all.
In a Summary, the body types have disappeared and so has the ability to edit the portions of my sim. This really upsets me, and I hope the team can fix it. The picture/screenshot below is an example.
