Why are you so shady with your sales?!

Just tried for the second time to buy the Sims 4 and a few expansions during your sale that was listed to be on until Feb 25 and it didn't work earlier due to technical error. Come back later and the...

    Hey @jacintheboxxo the recent sale on Origin ended on February 25, 2021 AT 10AM PST.

    The sale end time was noted at the bottom of the Origin sale page.


    I'm sorry to hear that you missed the sale but sales are a regular occurrence on Origin so it's worth keeping your eye out for the next one.

Then have a banner with a countdown like any decent, non shady site would. Steam always does. So beyond tired of misleading companies like yours that expect customers to arm themselves with fine print bc you refuse to be transparent.

    Hey @jacintheboxxo whenever an Origin sale is on you will find the end date listed at the bottom of the sale page easily findable if you scroll down.

    I'm going to lock this thread as when posting on AHQ we would ask that you post in a polite and constructive manner.
